Dublin School Redistricting Update: What We Learned from Monday’s Meeting
At Monday night’s Dublin City Schools board meeting, it was revealed that community feedback has made a clear impact: Draft Map 2 now appears to be off the table. That leaves Map 1—which keeps Muirfield Village high-schoolers at Jerome HS—and Map 3, which would send those same students to Coffman HS.
Homeowners are watching closely—and many are frustrated by the uncertainty. Families expressed that they simply want to know what next year will look like so they can plan ahead.
➡️ Public feedback is open through October 24, and residents can share comments here.
➡️ The next school board meeting, which includes public participation, is set for October 29.
➡️ The final redistricting plan will be announced November 10.
We explored how boundary changes can affect property values in our earlier post, Redistricting & Real Estate: What It Means for Dublin Homeowners—and the latest updates only reinforce how closely local real-estate trends are tied to school zoning.
Kenney & Co. will continue following the discussion and sharing insights that matter most to Dublin homeowners.
