Some real estate stories are extra special—and this one happens to be close to my heart (and my street!).

At the very start of 2025, I was introduced to a wonderful couple with a very clear vision for their next home. They had been searching with another agent who quickly realized that their very specific wish list in Muirfield Village called for hyper-local expertise. That’s when I was asked to step in.

The assignment was clear: find a Muirfield Village home with sweeping views of the golf course. Mission accomplished!

Together, we refined their vision: a spacious home on the golf course with sweeping views to enjoy from morning coffee to glowing evening sunsets. They weren’t interested in compromises—they knew exactly what they wanted, and they were patient enough to wait until the right home came along.

And it did. One evening, as I was out for a stroll in my own neighborhood, I noticed a drone hovering over a home on my very street. My instincts told me it was time to act. Because we had prepared carefully and stayed patient, my clients were ready. We moved quickly, made a strong offer, and secured the home.

What began with an evening walk and a drone sighting ended with lovely new neighbors for me—and a dream come true for my clients.
