One chapter closes, another begins. After 21 years of making memories on this peaceful 1.6-acre property, the baton has officially been passed. Congratulations to my sellers, and to the new owners who will write their own story here.
Some homes are just houses. Others hold decades of memories.
This one was home to the same wonderful family for 21 years. They raised three kids here, celebrated milestones, and filled every room with antiques, found treasures, and a lifetime of love.
As their children built lives of their own, it became clear it was time to turn the page. The sellers were ready to downsize and move closer to family in Cleveland. But saying goodbye wasn’t easy.
There was a lot to do, and a lot to honor. My team and I worked closely with the homeowners and their adult children, who now live across the country, to sort through a lifetime of belongings. We helped them decide what to keep, what to take with them, and where to donate the rest - always with the goal of giving their cherished items a second life in a new home.
Once the house was cleared, we focused on helping buyers see its beauty and potential. With thoughtful staging and photography, we highlighted what made this home special—beautiful light from big windows, a private, tree-lined lot, and a spacious pole barn just waiting for its next purpose.
The house hit the market just as things began to slow, but the sellers stayed patient and trusted the process. Today, that trust paid off.
They’ve officially passed the baton to new owners who are ready to build their own life in this Dublin Schools home.
