Yesterday evening, I was out on my bike, getting in some miles for an upcoming triathlon (yes, I know—it’s a little crazy, but I love it) and enjoying the lovely weather. As I looped through the neighborhood, I turned onto Deeside Drive—and even mid-workout, I had to slow down and take it in. This street always stops me in my tracks.

Maybe it’s the way the tall trees form a leafy canopy overhead, or how the wide lawns and well-kept homes give it such a warm, welcoming feel. Deeside is quiet, tucked away, and full of charm—and you can feel that even just coasting down the gentle curve of the road.

Not many homes on Deeside have changed hands in the last decade, which says a lot. When people move here, they tend to stay. I’ve had the privilege of helping clients with five of those sales over the last 3 years, and each one has been a true joy—because this street really is something special.
